Daley Grainger.

Founder & Principal Advisor

Daley is a technology consultant and project leader known for one thing: making complex systems make sense, and making sure they actually deliver.

With a background in IT project management, infrastructure, and security, he has led the design and delivery of technology environments across multi-site organisations supporting thousands of users and devices. His work spans cloud transformations, network redesigns, security uplifts, and full-scale infrastructure rollouts. Always with a focus on reliability, scalability, and real-world usability.

What sets Daley apart is not just technical capability. It is perspective.

Alongside consulting, he builds and operates multiple businesses, including a high-performance training studio and a hospitality brand. This gives him a strong commercial lens most technical consultants don't have. He understands how decisions impact not just systems, but people, operations, and growth.

He is also the founder of FusionHub Studios, a platform designed to streamline in-studio coaching environments and remove operational friction. Building FusionHub has meant working closely with developers, shaping product direction, and solving real-world problems through technology. It has given him hands-on experience in product strategy, platform design, and execution.

This combination of experience allows Daley to operate differently from traditional consultants. He does not just provide recommendations. He brings structure, clarity, and direction, ensuring businesses make the right decisions, work with the right partners, and build systems that actually support how they operate.
